Terms of Service

Payments1. PayPal: A 3.5% transaction fee will be applied to payments made through PayPal. This is the preferred payment method. Should you require an alternative, please contact me directly to discuss other options.
2. Bank Transfer: Payments made via bank transfer will incur a 1.5% fee in addition to the base price.
3. PIX or Domestic Bank Transfers (For Brazilian Clients or those eligible for this method): No additional fees will be applied for payments made through PIX or other domestic bank transfers.--------------------------------------PricingPrices are predetermined on the commission form. If there is any discrepancy between your description and your order, I will reach out for clarification.--------------------------------------Refunds1. Before Work Begins: If the commission has not yet started, you are eligible for a refund of the base price within 7 days of payment (excluding taxes). After 7 days, a refund of 60% of the base price will be offered.
2. After Sketching Begins: If I’ve started working on your sketch and you are dissatisfied, a 30% refund of the base price is available within 7 days of it being first in line.
3. Delayed Start: If I have not started your commission within 90 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. After Sketch Approval: No refunds will be offered once the final sketch is approved.--------------------------------------Commission Process1. Initial Discussion: After discussing your idea, I will provide an estimated price based on the time and complexity of the work.
2. Price Agreement: Once you agree to the price and any necessary adjustments, I will issue an invoice.
3. Payment & Queue: After payment is received, your commission will be added to the queue, and a Trello card will be created to help you track its progress.
4. Sketching Phase: I will begin sketching your piece when it reaches the top of the queue. The sketch will be sent to you for approval once it’s ready.
5. Approval for Rendering: At this stage, your verbal approval is required for the piece to move into the final rendering phase. Please note that no further major changes or additional input will be accepted once rendering begins.
6. Final Delivery: The final piece will be delivered to you. Minor adjustments can still be made, but changes to previously approved aspects will not be accommodated.--------------------------------------
Prohibited ContentThere are certain subjects I will not draw under any circumstances:🛑 Restricted Content: This includes explicit content, fetish art, political themes, and excessive gore.--------------------------------------AdaptationsIt’s possible that the initial concept may require adjustments to achieve the desired composition (which is completely normal). I will suggest any necessary changes and ask for your understanding that I may have the final say in some creative decisions. Regarding original characters (OCs), I will make every effort to adhere to the initial design. If there are any critical details that must be included or corrected, please inform me during the sketch phase.--------------------------------------DeadlinesWhile I typically do not work with strict deadlines, there are occasions where timing is crucial (e.g., for Halloween or Christmas pieces). If you need your commission completed by a specific date, please request it at least 4 weeks in advance. Note that I can only accommodate this if there are fewer than two commissions ahead of yours in the queue.--------------------------------------Queue ManagementI manage two separate queues to optimize workflow. I usually work on two pieces simultaneously. Personal projects or particularly time-consuming commissions are placed in the secondary queue, allowing me to manage quicker tasks concurrently. Think of it as a "fast lane" and a "regular lane" in a supermarket. Ideal for clients who require a full-body character design specifically tailored for 3D modelers to create detailed models. This bundle includes one full-body character design and three turnaround T-pose views of the character (all in flat colors). This bundle provides 3D modelers with the full scope of the character from different angles, allowing for more accurate recreations of the design in 3D. The total value of the bundle is $474.00.

A complete illustration of your character, shown from head to toe. This option provides a full-body visual representation, ideal for character sheets or detailed artwork where the entire figure is important.

An illustration depicting your character from the head down to the waist. This is a great option for capturing important upper-body details, often used in character portraits and mid-level art pieces.

This option features a small and simplified "chibi" version of a character, or an animal-like critter, which will be the main focus of the artwork. The difference from the Extras category is that this chibi or critter is the central subject of the piece.
